Providing bespoke coaching programmes for organisations. Usually working 1-1, coaching helps to address development needs, performance challenges or future career planning. 

 Starting with an introductory meeting, a bespoke proposal is then provided for discussion and sign-off. Coaching programmes will start with a meeting between coach, coachee and line manager to agree the organisational goals and any feedback or reporting requirements (respecting the confidentiality of the sessions) before the coaching programme commences. Programme duration is normally between 6 and 12 months.
